A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the full order to be taken to secure all bookings

Full payment payable 2 weeks prior to delivery of order (cheques must be cleared before)

You are required to give 2 weeks' notice (14 days) if you wish to cancel your cake order. Any monies paid; with the exception of the 50% deposit will be fully refundable at this point. If your cake order is cancelled less than 2 weeks (14 days) before delivery any monies will not be refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the exceptional circumstances (such as a family emergency or extreme illness) Cakes by Natalie has the right to cancel a cake order at any time. No charges will be made and all money will be refunded, however no compensation will be payable should this occur.

Please note that some flowers are not suitable to be placed on food and can be toxic; please check this with your florist as Cakes by Natalie cannot be liable for any contamination from such flowers.

Non-edible items such as silk flowers, broaches, feathers etc. should be removed before cutting your cake and Cakes by Natalie accepts no responsibility for any physical harm that may arise due to their use.
